Our client is a Top 100 UK law firm with a well-established and highly regarded reputation within the serious injury market. In recent years, the firm has modernised its working practices and operational procedures, with a strong focus on agile working, work-life balance, and a supportive culture. Due to continued growth, the firm is now looking to recruit a Serious Injury Paralegal to join its team in Wakefield. The role is offered on a full-time or part-time, permanent basis with hybrid working available.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will assist a Senior Fee Earner with a mixed caseload of multi-track personal injury matters, providing support from initial claim onboarding through to case conclusion.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and case support, progressing matters through the case management system, managing incoming communications, and maintaining accurate records throughout the lifecycle of each claim.
- Liaise with clients and key stakeholders, scheduling appointments, managing diaries, and assisting with any additional ad-hoc tasks as required by the fee earner.
