Our client, a Top 100 UK law firm, is seeking a Non-MOJ Fee Earner to join their personal injury team. What You'll Work On:
- Manage fast-track non-MOJ personal injury claims, including car and motorbike accidents, as well as related liability disputes.
- Conduct detailed investigations into liability, causation, and quantum.
- Gather and review evidence such as medical reports, witness statements, engineer reports, and financial loss documentation.
- Draft pleadings, schedules, instructions to counsel, Part 36 offers, and other litigation documents.
- Progress files efficiently toward settlement or trial, ensuring compliance and deadlines are met.
