Are you ready to take ownership of a varied personal injury caseload and deliver real results for clients? Our client, a Top 100 UK law firm, is seeking a Non-MOJ Fee Earner to join their personal injury team. This role offers the chance to work on high-quality claims while developing technical expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment.

What You'll Work On:

  • Manage fast-track non-MOJ personal injury claims, including car and motorbike accidents, as well as related liability disputes.
  • Conduct detailed investigations into liability, causation, and quantum.
  • Gather and review evidence such as medical reports, witness statements, engineer reports, and financial loss documentation.
  • Draft pleadings, schedules, instructions to counsel, Part 36 offers, and other litigation documents.
  • Progress files efficiently toward settlement or trial, ensuring compliance and deadlines are met.
