My client is a rapidly growing professional services business looking to recruit an experienced and proactive HR Manager to develop and deliver a comprehensive HR service across our three offices. This role is central to supporting the firm’s professional service delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, people-centred culture. The role is part time three days a week.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, performance management, and exit processes.
- Manage and coordinate six-monthly and annual performance reviews.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with UK employment law and best practice.
- Support staff wellbeing initiatives, including oversight of the Medigold system.
- Provide guidance and support on disciplinary and employee relations matters.
- Monitor Continuing Professional Development (CPD) across the firm.
- Assist with booking external training, including Mercia courses.
- Maintain and update employment contracts and HR documentation.
- Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring all HR practices align with the firm’s values and legal obligations.
- Attend internal meetings to represent the HR function.
- Develop and maintain digital HR systems, ensuring accurate and efficient management information reporting.
You will have a proven track record of working in a HR generalist role and ideally be CIPD qualified. Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR initiatives. Experience implementing and managing HR systems and processes. Ability to provide clear, practical HR advice to managers and staff. We are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
