You’ll take responsibility for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
- Delivering an exceptional level of client care throughout the transaction
- Previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property transactions
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A proactive and organised approach to managing files
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Salary between £40,000 and £45,000
