CRA Consulting is working exclusively with a respected specialist claimant law firm that continues to invest in the growth of its Personal Injury team.
Due to continued success, the firm is looking to appoint a Multi-Track Fee Earner to handle a varied caseload of higher-value personal injury claims.
This is a role where you’ll have the autonomy to run your own files while being supported by experienced colleagues who genuinely value collaboration and high-quality legal work.
What you’ll be doing

Your work will include a mixture of
- Multi-track Road Traffic Accident claims.
- Employers’ Liability matters.
- Public Liability claims.
- Complex liability disputes.
- Higher-value injury cases involving ongoing rehabilitation and expert evidence.
Alongside managing your own files, you’ll regularly liaise with counsel, medical experts and insurers, prepare court documentation, negotiate settlements and develop litigation strategies designed to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys technically challenging work and building strong relationships with clients throughout the litigation process.
Who we’re looking for
We’re keen to speak with experienced claimant Personal Injury professionals who are confident handling litigated matters and enjoy working with greater autonomy.
You’ll ideally have experience of
- Managing your own litigated claimant personal injury caseload.
- Multi-track RTA, EL and/or PL claims.
- Drafting court documents and witness evidence.
- Negotiating settlements and conducting litigation.
- Applying the Civil Procedure Rules and Personal Injury Pre-Action Protocols.
- Delivering an exceptional standard of client care.
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives (FCILEx/CILEX Lawyers) and experienced non-qualified Fee Earners with the relevant claimant personal injury litigation experience.
Why consider this opportunity?
This is a firm that has built an excellent reputation for its claimant work and continues to invest in both its people and its clients.
In return, you’ll benefit from
- A competitive salary based on experience.
- Hybrid working and genuine flexibility.
- A varied caseload of quality claimant work.
- Clear opportunities for career progression.
