CRA is a specialist legal and finance recruitment agency and we are exclusively recruiting for a Legal Helpline Advisor to join a highly regarded Sheffield law firm during an exciting period of growth within their Wills & Probate team. This is a rare opportunity for a Law Graduate or early-career legal professional to step into a genuinely client-facing Private Client role without requiring prior legal helpline experience.
The firm are open to motivated individuals who can demonstrate strong communication skills, a professional approach, and a real interest in Wills & Probate. This position offers immediate exposure to real client work from day one, alongside structured training, ongoing support, and clear, achievable progression within Private Client law.
Key Responsibilities:- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Managing and maintaining Will precedents
- Handling client queries over the telephone in a professional and empathetic manner
- Providing clear and accurate guidance to clients in relation to Wills and related matters
- Supporting the wider team with administrative and operational tasks
- Law degree or relevant legal qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident telephone manner and client-focused approach
- Genuine interest in Wills & Probate / Private Client law
- Previous legal helpline or client-facing experience is beneficial but not essential
- Organised, proactive, and keen to build a long-term legal career
