CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-known and highly regarded Sheffield-based housebuilder to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive into their growing in-house legal team. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer looking to step away from the pressures of traditional private practice and move into an in-house environment offering better work-life balance, a collaborative team culture and long-term career stability.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters relating to new build developments and plot sales
- Assisting with the legal process from reservation through to completion

- Supporting the wider legal team with development-related conveyancing work
- Reviewing legal documentation and ensuring transactions progress efficiently
- Providing commercially focused legal support to the business
- Working closely with sales and operational teams to help drive smooth completions
