This is an excellent opportunity for someone who already has management experience, or an ambitious accountant who is ready to step into a management role and has some previous exposure to supervising or managing a team. Managing and developing a small team of accounting staff. Planning and overseeing team workloads and workflows. Reviewing and overseeing the preparation of year-end accounts. Overseeing bookkeeping, VAT returns and tax compliance. Building strong, professional relationships with clients. Supporting and mentoring team members, helping them develop their technical and professional skills. Identifying workflow improvements and helping to ensure the practice operates efficiently. An experienced accountant with a strong practice background holding a professional accounting qualification Experienced in accounts, bookkeeping, VAT and tax.
