CRA Consulting are delighted to be working with a highly regarded national law firm in their recruitment for a Restructuring & Insolvency Associate / Senior Associate to join their established Sheffield team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognised restructuring and insolvency practice with an outstanding reputation for advising insolvency practitioners, lenders, corporates, directors, investors and business purchasers on a broad range of complex matters arising from financial distress and business restructuring.

The successful candidate will become part of a specialist national team, working alongside experienced lawyers on high-quality restructuring and non-contentious insolvency mandates for a diverse client base that includes leading advisory firms, financial institutions and corporate organisations.

  • Assisting with business restructuring projects and turnaround situations.
  • Supporting distressed business and asset sales, including pre-pack transactions.
  • Experience in restructuring and non-contentious insolvency matters gained during training or post-qualification or have experience gained in transferable areas of law such as corporate or banking/finance.
  • Strong technical and commercial awareness.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for restructuring and insolvency law.
