The Role
As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Grade B / Grade C), you will manage your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on liability, causation, and quantum
- Drafting key legal documents including Letters of Claim, witness statements, and schedules of loss
- Instructing and liaising with medical experts and counsel
- Progressing technically complex cases with confidence and attention to detail
- Delivering high levels of client care, particularly in sensitive and challenging circumstances
You will work as part of a supportive team environment while maintaining autonomy over your own caseload.
