Job Title: Serious Injury Solicitor

Location: Majority Home-Working (occasional office presence in Wakefield)

Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience

Contract: Full or Part Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

  • Handling a range of multi track personal injury claims
  • Providing expert legal advice and client care to claimants who have sustained serious injury following road traffic accidents
  • Analysing key evidence, medical reports, case notes and witness statements
  • Drafting legal documents such as statements, pleadings and schedules of loss
  • Conducting case reviews under supervision, overseeing the full case cycle from start to conclusion
  • Liaising with key stakeholders throughout the claim journey such as solicitors, defendants, council and clients.
  • Allocation of administrative tasks to Paralegals and support staff
