Job Title: Serious Injury Solicitor
Location: Majority Home-Working (occasional office presence in Wakefield)
Salary: Up to Β£55,000 depending on experience
Contract: Full or Part Time, Permanent
Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
- Handling a range of multi track personal injury claims
- Providing expert legal advice and client care to claimants who have sustained serious injury following road traffic accidents
- Analysing key evidence, medical reports, case notes and witness statements
- Drafting legal documents such as statements, pleadings and schedules of loss
- Conducting case reviews under supervision, overseeing the full case cycle from start to conclusion
- Liaising with key stakeholders throughout the claim journey such as solicitors, defendants, council and clients.
- Allocation of administrative tasks to Paralegals and support staff
