Overview:

Our client is a Top 100 UK law firm with a well-established and highly regarded reputation in the personal injury market. In recent years, the firm has continued to modernise its working practices and operational procedures, placing a strong emphasis on agile working, work-life balance, and employee wellbeing. Due to continued growth, the firm is now looking to recruit an experienced Serious Injury Litigator to join its personal injury team.

Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a caseload of intermediate track / multi-track personal injury claims, predominantly road traffic accident (RTA) matters, typically valued between £25,000 and £125,000.

You will manage cases through the full litigation lifecycle, from initial review through to settlement or conclusion, with appropriate supervision where required. The role involves regular liaison with a range of stakeholders, including solicitors, defendants, councils, and clients, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and to a high standard.
