Are you an experienced Serious Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to take on high-value, life-changing work – without the daily commute?

This is a rare opportunity to handle premium, multi-million-pound work on a fully remote or hybrid basis — supported by a collaborative, forward-thinking team that genuinely values balance, flexibility, and career development.
🌟 The Opportunity
You’ll manage a low-volume, high-quality caseload of complex multi-track serious injury claims (maximum 30 live cases), allowing you to focus on the clients who need you most.
From working with medical experts to negotiating seven-figure settlements, you’ll be part of a team that changes lives every day — and you’ll do it all with the tools, tech, and support you need to excel.
Your role will include:
✅ Managing complex litigated catastrophic injury files
✅ Building strong client relationships with empathy and care
✅ Instructing medical and liability experts
✅ Negotiating substantial settlements with insurers
✅ Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and schedules of loss
✅ Attending remote or in-person hearings where required
💼 About You
You’ll be:
- A Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (5+ PQE, ideally Grade A)
- Experienced in serious or catastrophic injury litigation
- Commercially astute, organised, and technically strong
- Confident working independently and remotely
- Compassionate, professional, and passionate about claimant work
