Senior Associate Solicitor – Serious Injury (Cat PI)
Location: UK-wide | Remote or Hybrid
Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 + performance bonus

The opportunity
You’ll run a streamlined caseload of c.15 serious/catastrophic injury files (typ. £250k+), supported by:
- A dedicated 1:1 Legal Assistant for file/admin support
- First-class resources, expert peers and technical backing
- True flexibility: fully remote or hybrid to suit you
What you’ll do
- Lead complex, high-value PI/Serious Injury claims to successful conclusion
- Deliver outstanding client care to injured clients and families
- Drive litigation strategy, quantum development and rehabilitation outcomes
- Contribute to BD/marketing and mentor within the team where appropriate
About you
- Solicitor, 5+ PQE in Serious/Catastrophic Injury (claimant)
- Confident with claims ÂŁ250k+ (brain injury, spinal injury, amputations, fatal/major trauma etc.)
- Strong litigation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Compassionate, organised, and outcomes-focused
