My client is a highly successful and rapidly expanding professional services business. An experienced finance professional is required to join this busy team reporting to the CFO. This is an excellent experience building role and will deliver insightful monthly reporting focussing on KPI's.
Responsibilities include:
- Management of a team of three within the finance team.
- Oversee compliance training ensuring adherence to the SRA accounts roles supported by the Compliance Manager.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial ledgers by providing advice on invoice coding and accounting policies.
- Produce budgets and forecasts supported by detailed analysis and collaborate with budget managers.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for the AGM.
- Reconcile control accounts, investigating discrepancies.
- Oversee year-end processes including collaboration with the auditors with the CFO.
- Assist the CFO with cashflow reporting.
You will have a proven track record of working in management accounts in your career to date and may be looking for that next step. You may be part qualified ACCA / CIMA; however, applications are welcomed if you are qualified by experience. You will have strong financial systems knowledge.
