What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Leading on a wide range of Employment Law matters – both claimant and respondent
  • Advising a diverse client base across the public and private sectors
  • Representing clients in complex Tribunal and litigation matters
  • Driving business development, shaping strategy, and growing your practice area
  • Mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the wider leadership team
What We’re Looking For:
  • UK qualified Solicitor – 8+ PQE in Employment Law
  • Proven track record in both claimant and respondent work
  • Strong client relationship skills and commercial mindset
  • Leadership ability and a desire to build and grow a team
  • Bonus points for a following or strong referral network (but not essential)
