This is a standout opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer looking to take the next step in their career. Working alongside a respected Head of Department, you’ll play a key role in driving the team forward , mentoring junior colleagues and managing a steady, quality caseload of residential property files from instruction to post-completion.
The Role:
As a senior figure within the team, your day-to-day will involve:
- Handling a varied caseload of residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages, leaseholds and freeholds
- Liaising closely with clients, agents, lenders and third parties to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Supporting junior members of staff and contributing to departmental training and development
- Working collaboratively with the wider property and private client teams to uphold service excellence
✅ About You:
We’d love to hear from candidates who:
- Are qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or experienced Fee Earners with a minimum of 3 years\’ experience
- Can run files autonomously with minimal supervision
- Have a strong understanding of Land Registry, SDLT and lender requirements
- Are proactive, personable and team-oriented, with a strong client service ethos
