We're looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their established dispute resolution team. The Role: You'll manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including:

  • General contractual and civil disputes
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Debt recovery
  • Property litigation and boundary disputes
  • Landlord & tenant disputes (residential and commercial)
  • Harassment and defamation claims

You'll be trusted with your own caseload from day one, supported by experienced colleagues and encouraged to develop professionally.

Candidate Profile: We'd love to hear from you if you are:

  • A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
  • Possessing 4+ years' PQE in civil litigation
  • Experienced in handling complex litigation with minimal supervision
  • Commercially aware with strong communication skills
  • Seeking long-term progression within a respected firm
