- Deliver comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Family Law team
- Prepare legal documentation and correspondence through accurate audio typing and copy typing
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications via telephone, email, and post, ensuring client queries are dealt with promptly and professionally
- Draft standard legal forms and documents, under supervision
- Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within family law or a comparable legal environment
- High-level administrative and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a confident and professional telephone manner
