My client is a highly successful medium sized firm of solicitors based in Retford. We are looking to recruit an experienced legal cashier to join their team. The role is based at their offices in Retford and working within a team of four.
Key responsibilities include:
- Data input financial transactions into our case management software
- Complete daily banking
- Bill Posting
- Disbursement Posting
- Input payments on our Online Banking system
- Perform daily bank reconciliations
- Take Card payments over the phone
The Person
Ideally, you will have a proven track record of working as a legal cashier in your career to date and have a good knowledge of solicitors accounts rules. You will have good communication skills and be a strong team player. You will be hardworking and used to dealing with volumes of work. You will be IT literate and familiar with Microsoft office products.
