The Role
You will advise on a broad range of residential development matters, including:
- Land acquisitions for national and regional housebuilders
- Strategic option and promotion agreements
- Development funding arrangements
- Transfers, overage agreements and ancillary development documentation
- Brownfield regeneration and mixed-use developments
- Joint venture projects involving registered providers and public sector organisations
- Affordable housing disposals and bulk sales to PRS
