Conveyancing Locum – Carlisle (Office-Based)

📍 Location: Carlisle

📅 Duration: Up to 3 months

💰 £40 – £45 per hour

CRA Consulting are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Locum to join a reputable high street practice in Carlisle. This is a great opportunity to step into a busy, supportive team and hit the ground running.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a varied caseload from start to finish
  • Handling residential sales, purchases, leasehold & freehold matters, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new builds
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders & solicitors
  • Conducting title checks, drafting contracts & ensuring compliance
