Role & Responsibilities
After a comprehensive two-week training program designed to set you up for success, you will integrate into a high-performing team. Your primary focus will be managing a varied caseload tailored to your expertise, including freehold, leasehold, newbuild, and shared ownership transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Caseload Management: Oversee the entire sale/purchase process, collaborating with clients, mortgage brokers, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Client Communication: Develop strong relationships through proactive updates and outstanding service.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify and manage potential risks, ensuring client protection and regulatory compliance.
- Documentation & Administration: Draft and issue contract documents, review search results, handle sale enquiries, and see transactions through to completion.
- Fund Coordination: Work closely with mortgage lenders, manage contract exchanges, and oversee the legal completion process.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in conveyancing with a proven track record of independently managing a personal caseload.
