CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with an established and growing law firm in Rotherham to recruit an Experienced Residential Commercial Property Fee Earner to join its expanding Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer who has a strong background across both residential and commercial property and is looking to join a supportive team where they can take ownership of a varied caseload and play an important role in the continued growth of the department.

The Role

The successful candidate will be confident managing their own caseload from initial instruction through to completion, providing a professional, efficient and client-focused service. Your caseload will include a broad range of residential and commercial property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Commercial property sales and acquisitions
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases
  • Acting for both landlords and tenants
  • Remortgages and refinancing, including bridging finance
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build and more complex property transactions
  • Reviewing title documentation, searches and enquiries
  • Dealing with lenders and mortgage requirements
  • Liaising with clients
