We are a fast-growing legal and financial recruitment business looking for someone to run our locum division which delivers recruitment solutions on a temporary basis for our clients across Yorkshire and beyond.
About the Role
Are you an experienced recruiter who has experience of recruiting in the temporary and contract market? This is a warm desk with lots of opportunity to grow and develop this division. Already billing very consistently and with very warm contracts, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to come in and grow and develop the desk while earning from day one.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and interviewing high calibre candidates in the temporary and contract market to fill locum roles within law firms
- Writing specific adverts to attract high calibre candidates
- Account management of existing clients
- Attending client meetings
- Networking at key industry events
- Providing a solution at every step of the way to your clients
Qualifications
You will ideally have a proven track record in temporary and contract recruitment and be looking to join a business with a warm client base with an opportunity to grow and develop your own division. If you are not working in the temporary/contract market, you may have links to the sector in a professional capacity or have a permanent recruitment background and be looking for a change.
