This is a fantastic opening for a driven and commercially focused lawyer to join the firm’s highly regarded Real Estate team in Sheffield.
About the Firm
The firm’s Real Estate Division is one of the largest and most respected in the UK, advising a diverse range of clients including developers, investors, funders, corporate occupiers, and public sector bodies. Operating nationally across 13 offices with over 460 professionals, the team is structured into five specialist areas – Construction, Core Real Estate, Planning, Property Litigation, and Swiitch – allowing for comprehensive and joined‑up client support.
About the Role
Based in Sheffield, you will work as part of a collaborative and ambitious real estate team that plays a central role in the team. You’ll handle a broad spectrum of commercial property work and have the opportunity to develop a specialism or continue to build upon your given specialism. This position offers access to high‑calibre, national, and international clients, supported by sector experts in planning, environmental, construction, and tax. You’ll be part of a culture that values flexibility, innovation, and professional growth.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in commercial real estate
- Strong technical Real estate knowledge & excellent commercial awareness
- A proactive, client‑focused, and solutions‑driven approach
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communicator with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable with a hybrid working model (2–3 days per week in the office)
