Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
- Running a personal injury caseload, specifically focusing on road traffic accident claims (RTA).
- Following portal exit, assess and review liability, making decisions on settlements.
- Handling disputes in liability, reviewing key evidence and statements.
- Negotiating between claimants and defendants to reach outcomes and case conclusion.
- Preparing cases for litigation where required.
