🚀 The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a highly respected national law firm to appoint an Operations Manager to lead their Serious Injury division. This is a pivotal leadership role driving people, performance, process excellence and first-class client outcomes across high-value, multi-track PI work.

👤 You’ll be responsible for:

• 👥 Leading, mentoring & developing teams via team leaders; building capability and engagement
• 📈 Delivering against operational, customer & financial KPIs across a large PI function
• ⚖️ Ensuring quality, compliance & consistency on complex, high-value multi-track injury files
• 🔧 Embedding efficient systems, behaviours & workflows to speed case progression
• 🧭 Spotting risks, capacity or performance gaps and fixing them fast
• 🤝 Partnering with senior leadership on growth, CI and culture

• ✅ Proven operational leadership in personal injury/serious injury (multi-track) environments
• 🧑 🏫 People-first coach who can inspire, challenge, and hold to account
• 🧠 Strategic yet hands-on; comfortable with detail and big picture
• 🗣️ Senior-level credibility with a commercial, data-driven mindset
• 🗂️ Exceptionally organised; passionate about continuous improvement
