As part of this continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious litigator who is looking to work on complex, high-value matters while also taking the next step in their career. Importantly, the role offers genuine scope to develop into a more senior or managerial position, with the successful candidate having the opportunity to take on increased responsibility as the team and caseload continue to expand.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of claimant personal injury matters, with a particular focus on complex and multi-track litigation. The work will include:
- Serious and catastrophic injury claims
- Road traffic accident (RTA) claims
- Employer's liability (EL) claims
- Public liability (PL) claims
- Criminal injury claims
