We are currently searching for a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Department Manager to lead and develop the firm's established Personal Injury team.

The Opportunity:

This is a rare leadership role offering genuine influence at a respected Sheffield institution. As the Personal Injury Manager, you'll take ownership of a well-regarded department that handles a mixture of EL/PL, RTA, and high-value PI matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing operational and strategic leadership to a dedicated team of personal injury fee earners and support staff.

  • Maintaining close oversight of case progression and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years' experience in personal injury litigation.

  • Local to the Sheffield area or with a strong interest in relocating to South Yorkshire.
