We are currently searching for a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Department Manager to lead and develop the firm's established Personal Injury team.
The Opportunity:
This is a rare leadership role offering genuine influence at a respected Sheffield institution. As the Personal Injury Manager, you'll take ownership of a well-regarded department that handles a mixture of EL/PL, RTA, and high-value PI matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing operational and strategic leadership to a dedicated team of personal injury fee earners and support staff.
- Driving performance and ensuring consistent, high-quality legal services across the department.
- Maintaining close oversight of case progression and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Managing a modest caseload of complex, high-value personal injury claims.
- Playing an active role in firm-wide decision-making and contributing to cross-departmental success.
