CRA Consulting is pleased to be working with a well-established, Legal 500 recognised law firm to recruit an experienced Clinical Negligence Personal Injury Solicitor to join its growing team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a highly regarded claimant practice, handling a varied caseload of clinical negligence and personal injury matters ranging in complexity and value. The successful candidate will join a supportive and experienced team with genuine opportunities for long-term career progression. The role is primarily office-based during the initial onboarding period, with the opportunity to move to a hybrid working arrangement once established in the position.
The Role
- Managing a mixed caseload of claimant clinical negligence and personal injury matters from inception through to trial, with minimal supervision.
- Handling cases across a range of values and complexities, including multi-track claims.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues on high-value, complex litigation.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members and delegating work to paralegals where appropriate.
