CRA Consulting are delighted to be working with a well-established, full-service UK law firm with over 150 years' heritage and offices across London, Yorkshire and the Midlands. With approximately 350 employees and a growing international reach, the firm advises a diverse client base including multinational corporations, charities, housing associations, regulators, developers and private individuals.
Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its Real Estate Projects team in Leeds.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded and collegiate Real Estate Projects team. You will support Solicitors and Partners on a wide range of complex property matters, while also building and managing your own caseload. The role will involve advising and assisting Registered Providers of Social Housing, management companies, landowners, investors, charities and developers on matters including development transactions, stock transfers, inter-group company transfers and ancillary property work.
The Team
The Real Estate team sits at the heart of the firm's practice, with 17 dedicated Partners advising on a broad range of property transactions. The team acts for registered providers of social housing and care homes, private developers on multi-unit schemes.
