As a Litigation Paralegal within this established in-house legal team, you will play a vital role in managing legal recovery claims relating to commercial property and infrastructure damage. Working within a structured, high-volume environment, your duties will include:

  • Monitoring Incoming Claims: Regularly review and assess new damage claims submitted by external stakeholders, contractors, or third parties, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Case Management: Handle a personal caseload of legal recovery files from initial instruction through to final resolution. Use internal systems to track progress, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
