As a New Build Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting experienced conveyancers in managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions. From setting up client files to drafting essential legal documents, you'll help ensure every case progresses smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:- Acting as a first point of contact for clients, solicitors, and third-party organisations
- Setting up and maintaining client files using the case management system
- Preparing and processing client documentation with speed and accuracy
- Assisting with drafting legal documents, including contracts, re-mortgage files, and completion statements
- Managing incoming and outgoing legal documents
- Providing general administrative support to the conveyancing team
- Previous conveyancing experience is essential
- At least 1 year in an administrative role, ideally within legal services
- Strong client care and communication skills, gained from at least 1 year in a client-facing or customer service role
- Confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure
