Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced SEND Lawyer to join their expanding team.

The Role
You will advise and represent parents, carers and young people on a broad range of SEND matters, providing practical and compassionate legal advice throughout what can often be a challenging and emotional process. Your work will include:
- Advising on Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
- Appeals to the First-tier Tribunal (SEND)
- School and local authority disputes
- Disability discrimination claims
- Judicial review matters where appropriate
- Working closely with families, schools and external professionals
- Managing your own caseload with autonomy whilst receiving support from an experienced team
What We’re Looking For
The successful candidate is likely to have:
- Experience handling SEND or education law matters
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or equivalent experience
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong advocacy, negotiation and case management abilities
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting clients
- The ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to the wider team
