CRA Consulting is pleased to be working with a well-established firm of solicitors in Matlock who are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to support their busy Residential Property team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a conveyancing transaction, supporting fee earners and delivering a smooth client experience from instruction through to completion.

The Role

  • Opening files, onboarding and ID checks
  • Managing post, emails and telephone enquiries
  • Preparing and issuing contract packs and initial paperwork
  • Raising and responding to enquiries (where appropriate)
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
  • Assisting with completions and post-completion administration
  • General admin support to keep files moving efficiently
