We’re supporting a leading public sector organisation on the appointment of an experienced SAP Project Accountant to join a major finance transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional with strong SAP HANA experience to play a key role in a high-profile transformation environment, supporting reconciliation activities, financial controls, and data integrity across complex finance systems.
The Role
You’ll work closely with finance and transformation teams to support critical programme delivery, ensuring financial records remain accurate, reconciled, and compliant throughout system and process changes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting complex financial reconciliations
- Ensuring data and record integrity across SAP HANA environments
- Supporting finance transformation and ERP change initiatives
- Assisting with migration, validation, and system improvement activities
- Partnering with stakeholders across finance, PMO, and technology teams
- Supporting governance, audit, and financial control processes
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background as a Project Accountant within large, complex organisations
- Strong hands-on SAP HANA experience
