CRA Consulting are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded and long-established regional law firm in the recruitment of an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their successful property team based in Loughborough. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious conveyancing professional to join a well-respected practice that has built an enviable reputation for delivering exceptional client service across the East Midlands. The firm continues to experience sustained growth and is seeking a motivated individual who can manage a busy caseload whilst maintaining the highest standards of client care.
The Role
- As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will take responsibility for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Help to Buy and Right to Buy transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
- Maintaining high levels of client care throughout the transaction process
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the residential property department
About You

To be successful in this role you will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property transactions

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercial and client-focused approach
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
