Job Title: Litigation Executive – Defendant Motor Injury Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 Location: Sheffield City Centre (with hybrid working) Contract: Full Time, Permanent Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities: Handling a litigated defendant motor injury caseload Working on a variety of personal injury related matters, predominately focussing on intermediate-track and multi-track cases Representing leading road and motor insurance companies, focussing on litigation planning, mediation strategy and case resolution.
