Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support to fee earners in the immigration team
  • Accurately transcribe digital audio dictation of legal correspondence and case notes

  • Arrange interpreters and liaise with third-party service providers
  • Communicate with clients both in person and over the phone, recording precise and professional file notes
  • Maintain office administration including photocopying, scanning, and filing
  • Support reception duties on an ad hoc basis, ensuring a friendly and efficient front-of-house experience
