CRA is a specialist legal and finance recruitment agency and we are exclusively recruiting for a Legal Helpline Advisor to join a highly regarded Sheffield law firm during an exciting period of growth within their Wills Probate team. This is a rare opportunity for a Law Graduate or early-career legal professional to step into a genuinely client-facing Private Client role without requiring prior legal helpline experience.

The firm are open to motivated individuals who can demonstrate strong communication skills, a professional approach, and a real interest in Wills Probate. This position offers immediate exposure to real client work from day one, alongside structured training, ongoing support, and clear, achievable progression within Private Client law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Managing and maintaining Will precedents
  • Handling client queries over the telephone in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Providing clear and accurate guidance to clients in relation to Wills and related matters
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative and operational tasks
Candidate Requirements:
  • Law degree or relevant legal qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident telephone manner and client-focused approach
  • Genuine interest in Wills Probate / Private Client law
  • Previous legal helpline or client-facing experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Organised, proactive, and keen to build a long-term legal career
