The Role


Supporting the Private Client team, your responsibilities will include:


  • Providing efficient administrative and secretarial support to fee earners

  • Drafting standard correspondence and legal documents

  • Managing diaries, appointments, billing, and time recording

  • Handling client communication with professionalism and discretion

  • Maintaining organised and compliant client files, including financial records

  • Using Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems confidently
About You


The ideal candidate will have:


  • At least 2 years' experience in a legal secretarial or administrative role

  • A typing speed of 65 words per minute

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
