We are recruiting for an in-house Commercial Paralegal to join a growing international technology company with offices across the UK and Europe. Based in central Leeds, you will work at the heart of the business - supporting cutting-edge projects across technology, AI, and IT services. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you will see how legal advice directly shapes business decisions.

What You Will Be Doing
As part of the internal legal team, you will support across a variety of areas, including:
- Assisting with the review and drafting of commercial contracts (including technology and IT agreements)

- Conducting legal research and preparing internal guidance documents
- Helping maintain contract records and legal documentation
- Providing administrative and project support to the legal function
- Working closely with commercial and operational teams across the organisation
