The Opportunity
- Working alongside recognised experts in the field, you'll advise an impressive portfolio of UK and international clients on a broad range of corporate matters with a particular focus on:
- Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements
- Advising on executive and employee share plans
- Supporting the implementation of incentive arrangements
- Corporate governance and transactional support
- Working on complex UK and cross-border matters for major corporate clients
- Delivering practical, commercial legal advice to sophisticated businesses

About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with NQ-5 years PQE
- Strong corporate law experience ideally within this area of law or transferable area such as tax
- Previous experience drafting or advising on shareholder agreements
- Excellent drafting and technical skills
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in developing a niche specialism
