About the Company
My client is a rapidly growing professional services business looking to recruit an experienced and proactive HR Manager to develop and deliver a comprehensive HR service across our three offices. This role is central to supporting the firm’s professional service delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, people-centred culture.
About the Role
The role is part time three days a week.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, performance management, and exit processes
- Manage and coordinate six-monthly and annual performance reviews
- Ensure ongoing compliance with UK employment law and best practice
- Support staff wellbeing initiatives, including oversight of the Medigold system
- Provide guidance and support on disciplinary and employee relations matters
- Monitor Continuing Professional Development (CPD) across the firm
- Assist with booking external training, including Mercia courses
- Maintain and update employment contracts and HR documentation
- Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring all HR practices align with the firm’s values and legal obligations
- Attend internal meetings to represent the HR function
- Develop and maintain digital HR systems, ensuring accurate and efficient management information reporting
Qualifications
You will have a proven track record of working in a HR generalist role and ideally be CIPD qualified.

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Experience implementing and managing HR systems and processes
- Ability to provide clear, practical HR advice to managers and staff
