A leading law firm based in Sheffield is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the HR department and manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Support the HR team with implementation of the HR strategy.
  • Support and coach line managers to deal with HR issues including performance and sickness absence.
  • Support with the administration of payroll and benefits processes.
  • Champion the onboarding process ensuring it is high quality and reviewed regularly.

Qualifications:

  • CIPD qualified to at least level 5 with five years’ experience of working in a generalist HR role and managing a team.
  • Experience in professional services would be ideal.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Adaptable, willing, and capable of working flexibly and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
