A leading law firm based in Sheffield is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the HR department and manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Support the HR team with implementation of the HR strategy.
- Support and coach line managers to deal with HR issues including performance and sickness absence.
- Support with the administration of payroll and benefits processes.
- Champion the onboarding process ensuring it is high quality and reviewed regularly.
Qualifications:
- CIPD qualified to at least level 5 with five years’ experience of working in a generalist HR role and managing a team.
- Experience in professional services would be ideal.
