Legal Helpline Advisor – Civil Litigation Location: SheffieldSalary: £22,000 – £23,00Hours: Full time, permanentAbout the Role:CRA Legal are working with a well-established ABS structure who offer various legal services to its client base. The organisation are looking to hire an experienced Legal Helpline Advisor with a background in Civil Disputes or Civil Litigation. You will have the opportunity to join a business that offers career progression and a competitive salary. Roles & Responsibilities
- Taking inbound calls, processing new claims
- Taking inbound calls, updating clients on existing claims
- Providing expert legal advise via telephone and email
- Setting up new claims
- Updating case notes on current notes
- Taking witness statements / drafting witness statements

Required Experience
