CRA Consulting is excited to be supporting a leading national legal services provider with the recruitment of a Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (NQ – 3 years PQE) to join its growing Family Law department. With offices in Sheffield, Manchester, Bristol and Stratford-upon-Avon, this role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement requiring just two days per week in the office, alongside the opportunity to work within a modern and highly supportive legal environment. The successful candidate will join an established team handling quality privately funded work, with the support and infrastructure needed to focus on delivering excellent outcomes for clients.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of privately funded family law matters, advising clients across a broad range of issues including:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Negotiations and settlements
  • Drafting legal documentation and correspondence

Alongside managing files from instruction through to completion, you will work closely with colleagues across the wider legal team and contribute to maintaining the high standards of service the organisation is known for. There may also be opportunities to support and mentor junior team members.

The Ideal Candidate

Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with up to 3 years’ PQE and previous experience handling privately funded family law matters. The team is looking for someone who can demonstrate:
