The Role
As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will take responsibility for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. Typical matters will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Help to Buy and Right to Buy transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
- Maintaining high levels of client care throughout the transaction process
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the residential property department
